It's almost a Holiday Weekend....again.

How has this summer flown by with no end in sight to the Groundhog Day reference?

I don't know about you but I am getting sick of it. The Groundhog Day reference, that is. Yes, Covid is bringing about a wealth of the "same Bat time, same Bat channel" and the myriad of ways that each day can seem completely similar to the day before, and the day before that. But in this time of great challenge and with another Holiday Weekend looming, I think we need to ask ourselves "how" we are up for it. It's not whether or not we ARE, but HOW are we going to show up for it each minute of each day. And breaking down the minutes, sometimes to making it one at a time, is where the sweet spot lives.

See. Once you can get past a really bad minute and onto the next, there is an opportunity to make the next minute the best yet. And there will be bad minutes, for sure. There will be some "meh" minutes as well. Ride them out. Use every coping mechanisim you have because ultimately, YOU get to decide how to make each and every minute of your day specatcular. It's not easy, but it is worth it. Every single time, you will be grateful for that amazing minute.

This Labor Day Weekend, take a breath. Take 700 of them. Make them big, make them small, do them while you are in a cold shower shaking off another family gathering. Just take them....in. out. And remember that you get to decide. You get to change your minute each and every time.
